How I Got Over

by Gospel Supreme Singers

The Gospel Supreme Singers was organized in 1974 with the mission of projecting a positive image of the reality of our Lord through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus; we can be assured eternal life. Through the years some original members have moved on to form other groups in other cities and some went on to receive their ultimate reward, which includes the late Terrance VanEaton, whose three sons represents three generations of the Gospel Supreme Singers along with their grandfather and aunt. “How I Got Over” represents what we’ve come through since our beginning. We pray that God blesses you as He has the Gospel Supreme Singers. Dedicated to the memory of the late Terrance Bernard VanEaton

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
From "How I Got Over" in the 1930's to "Pleasing In Thy Sight" today, we try to exemplify the true meaning of gospel quartet music to appeal to all ages and nationalities without losing the real foundation of the music and confusing it with circular music. We strongly believe that gospel music represents a positive correlation between a person and their God.
