Lovestream
“Lovestream,”Leo’s newest release, is a solo recording that includes contemporary pieces by such well-known composers as Eric Clapton, Elton John, Sting, and Van Morrison, as well as five of Leo’s original pieces written specifically for the ‘Chapman Stick Touchboard’. The album is a collection of pieces encompassing the human condition in all its facets of love. Beautiful renditions of “Always On My Mind,” “Desperado,” and “Fields Of Gold” portray the tonal qualities of the “Grand Stick” in its purest form.
“I find each tune unfolds in its own unique way, commenting on the trials and joys of what it means to truly love, from the tenderness of ‘Tears in Heaven’ to ‘Caught in the Current,’ a musical portrayal of the eddies, white water, falls, and stillness of the many faces of romantic love.”
