HI This is me walter Goulet,
I,ve been trying to get this new cd out . it is especially designed for kids. It has four songs on it .These
songs come from my first cd that I made about 4 or five years ago.I have had countless people tell me walter these songs sound like childrens songs . you should send them into
zoom! and disney or nicko loadian. my spelling is off to day.The songs are PRETTY BUTTERFLY A real upbeat happy song.nunber 2 Is called Sparrow At My Window .its also somewhat happy also number 3 Is called BUTTERFLY is a little sad but not too sad. number 4 Is called Oh Beautiful Flowers. Thats sort of happy , But I.ll let you deside for yourself.The back side of the CD has a picture of a butterfly My sister Ruth Menize drew for me around the same time
I wrote these songs. She has encourged me endlessly with my
music carrier.endlessly.And now one of my great neice is writting songs .I wonder where she got the idea to do that?
I,am in hopes she followes a carrier in music ,but that will be her choice if she wants to.
Now on that first cd I did there where love songs and songs that people said some songs that sounded like they where for kids so this is why i made a cd for kids .My teacher Paul combs worked in the schools for a number of years and he tought me to play trumpet and some music thearoy.He wanted to take a coulple of songs and play them for the kids he tought music to. I said thats ok by me .dont,know if he ever got the time to. He is a jazz musian plays saxaphone trumpet and fluet and clarrennet.a one man band I guess.
ps. another note on the back cover of the CD it says a name R .MENIZE 98 thats the year my sister drew the butterfly she love,s to paint and she said She wished that date wan,t there I told her not to worrie about it becase it,s a piece of art work, you need to have a date on it , she agreed with me .....last but least I perform almost every sat. at( OUT OF THE BLUE) 106 Prospect st. in camb.Mass.from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm. with friends poteritry and music come by if you are in cambridge Ma. a realaxing place tp spend the eveing and meet people. walter goulet thank you for checking out my cd,s at www.cdbaby.com/goulet5
