She is an elementary school teacher who has been writing music for children for over 15 years! Cynthia is the director of the Children of Faith Choir at Faith Ministries Church in Columbus, Ohio (Dr. C. Dexter Wise, III, pastor), the founder and director of the Columbus Children's Mass Choir, and has presented music at the Gospel Music Workshop of America for the past 12 years. She is a clinician for children's music workshops across the country and has developed a training conference for those who work with children and youth (Children's Music Ministry Workers Conference).
