Cynthia Gowens is known for her anointed, scripture based, age appropriate, and ministry driven children's music. She is an elementary school teacher who has been writing music for children for over 20 years. Ms. Gowens is the director of the Children of Faith Choir at Faith Ministries Church, and the founder of the Columbus Children's Mass Choir. She has presented her music at the Gospel Music Workshop of America since 1991. Cynthia is a clinician for children's music workshops across the country and has developed an annual training conference for adults who work with children's and youth choirs (Children's Music Ministry Workers Conference).

I love the lyrics (powerful and meaningful) but some of the music arrangements are questionable. I would recommend this CD to those that would like a strong message delivered, though!
