Greg has served in both the U.S. Army and Coast Guard. Playing in bands as he was stationed around the world, he has been influenced by many. In the Army he sang the National Anthem for more than a few Army functions including
change of command ceremonies at Camp Casey Korea, Fort Monmouth New Jersey and Fort Hood, Texas.
Greg has jammed with the likes of Kevin Eubanks of the "Tonight Show" and Kathy Sledge in high school. He has written songs for the now defunct "Walking Tall Records", (Chicago) in the eighties. Greg got saved and married in 1985. The LORD gave him a new song. In 1996 Greg started doing Children's Worship at Calvary Chapel of Austin, Texas. It was there that he met the principles of Grapetree Records, EMI. At Grapetree Greg did retail promotions and played guitar on numerous releases. While at Grapetree, Greg ministered both in Word and music at three different nursing homes. He took singers and lead them in singing hymns and taught the Word to the residents. Greg now worships and does Children's Worship at Calvary Chapel Delaware County in Southeastern Pennsylvania. For the last seven years Greg has been playing guitar for Metropolitan Male Ensemble. Greg's guitar can be heard in the film "WHEN WILL I BE LOVED", on the song titled "Butterflies" starring Neve Campbell and Dominic Chianese (The Sopranos). His music can also be heard as beds for commercials on WJSS in Havre De Grace, Maryland. Look out! There is more to come. He also is working with Everyday Process (CMR) in production, and is currently writing songs for Pastors Ron and Sharon Porter in Belair, Maryland.

This cd is soothing.
author: Ernestine Johnson
The words from the cd is relaxing. It's not loud and the words make a lot of sense. A person can relate to what is being said; therefore, it is easy to imagine and visualize the positive meaning of the music. Keep up the good work, Americans need more gospel music like this. Great job!!!!!!!!!!!
