Here at the crystal sanctuary of Mine Cristal we have been playing the crystal vessels since 1994. On this album you will hear Christmas carols played for the first time ever on quartz crystal vessels. Several years prior to making this recording, we began carefully selecting crystal vessels and assembling them to form perfect pitch, tempered-scale ensembles. Then we composed new arrangements of timeless carols for this instrument. We also composed several original compositions for the album. The crystal vessels - made of 100% pure quartz-rock crystals - are much more than just a musical instrument. Used in a specific manner, the crystal vessels generate spiraling tones that surround, massage and elevate listener and performer alike. They promote well-being on all levels and ultimately can be used as a highly effective prelude to deep meditation. So sit back, close your eyes, breathe deeply and let yourself relax completely. If you listen closely, the tones of the crystal vessels will carry you on omnidirectional waves of pure sound all the way to the essence within, the ‘soundless sound’.
