Album Notes

Greed Engine, a three-piece from Tampa, FL, is a contradiction. They are straight-up trailer rock with insightful lyrics and melodic music.

They have a polished sound and mood-evoking songs, but can crank out stage-diving, pit-stomping live shows that leave you black and blue.

They are original, but familiar. They are recklessly-controlled. They're just like some guy you know, but you can't place his name.

Since releasing their debut CD 'Blue', Greed Engine has received glowing reviews from several regional rags including Focus Magazine which stated, 'The full length Blue...showcases an ability, and an ear for talent that sometimes gets buried in this trio's always-loud, sometimes-loose live set - the performances are spot-on, the harmonies flawless...what they are is a modern-rock three piece with songwriting skills that definitely bear investigation, and a far above average debut.'

GREED IS GOOD.

I saw this band play about two months ago at a bar called neptunes and was blown away! The sound was deep and just put me in a great mood the whole night thru. After listening to the cd it gets even better and can't wait to see them again. Check them out if you ever get the chance!!!!
