Album Notes

Greenwood began in the spring of 2004. Several member changes and 200 shows later, we have finally released our debut full-length called "When We Become". Recorded/Produced by Tyler Orr (owner/everything man) and Cody Bonnette (As Cities Burn), the CD is loaded with 11 catchy songs that are laced with intelligent progressions to hopefully give any person quite the listening experience.

THE STORY OF "WHEN WE BECOME":
Each of us are growing and evolving in spiritual, mental, and musical ways. The primary focus of the full-length seems to be that of documenting this obvious evolution that we all go through as humans. There are always the questions that seem to have no clear answers, there's always going to be a constant struggle to find exactly where a person is to fit into society, there will always be disagreements, pressures, and opinions surrounding religion, and its not uncommon to feel completely sick of everything. Lyrically, we try to deal with these matters in a very honest and personal way. Hopefully one can connect with these messages, not condemn, but rather engage in a forward motion thought process. Search for something more... all the while headbanging and playing air guitar.

WE LOVE YOU.
