This CD contains three variations of ritual drumming for the Shamanic Journey along wth a ritual rattling typically used for invoking tutelary spirits. In addition to one solo drum variation, two more options follow, where percussion tools accompany the drumming. These "instruments" are known to bring listeners to deeper levels of consciousness and to usher journeyers deeper into the subtle layers of the awakened dream state. Implementing these sound variations in private sessions and workshop environments has resulted in an overwhelming positive response from both clients and students. This CD is the result of over 20 years shamanic practice and experimentation and the many requests of those people whom I have served.

Please use this recoding to benefit yourself and all being -- to get in touch with your heart and to shift consciousness. It is purposely for the shamanic journey, however many love using it for the simple, deep relaxation it provides. The sounds will greatly help in reducing stress and anxiety. It has also been observed to create a relaxation response in children and pets.
