Album Notes

Gregory M. Taylor

A Miami, Florida native with a degree in math from Appalachian State University has been writing songs since his college days in the '70's. Taylor's writing style encompasses jazz, folk and rock; hence the term 'jazzy folk rock.' His jazzy piano style mixed with his rock/folk guitar style makes for a different sound. Taylor also plays bass and congas.

Taylor's first album 'Nomad' - BMI was released on cassette in 1988, 'Red Hawk Flying' - ASCAP released on CD in 1998, and 2 new CD's released in 2002 'Variable Lost' and 'In The Flow' (piano improvisations).

Bands that Taylor has played with include Delta 9, Moving Currents, Lost Theory, Funky Junk and the Inkspots along with solo performances. Taylor is currently with Frenetic Euphoria.

Taylor has set up his own publishing company 'Infinite Limits' (www.infinitelimits.net) and is a regional workshop coordinator with the Nashville Songwriters Association International (N.S.A.I.). Taylor is also doing website design and graphic design (CD's, promo packages, etc.) and has an online art gallery.
