This is the first solo offering from Matthew Grippo. For many years, Grippo performed in the San Francisco bay area in various Jazz, Hip Hop, and Electronic ensembles. This music is a combination of all those styles. Grippo now resides in London, UK.

Circuits by Grippo is one of the great indy jazz albums this year. Gripping elements of down tempo electronica, live horns, and stage piano give Circuits a flavor all its own. With a fistful of guest musicians, Grippo compiles a journey through Hip Hop, Jazz and Funk, that creates more twists and turns than a Slinky in a centrifuge.
