Gary Gullbergh is a 20-year veteran of the North Jersey / New York club scene. Known most notably as a dynamic solo performer, he is also credited with having been the lead vocalist and driving creative force behind the popular North Jersey "swinging soul" band, Slide Home. In addition to his skills as a guitarist, singer, and interpreter of classic songs in a variety of styles, Gary is also an artist of unique vision, writing compelling and uplifting songs that captivate the listener with their clever,offbeat lyrics and great melodies.
Currently residing in Nashville, Tennessee, Gary recently returned to New Jersey to complete this long-awaited CD project of ten original songs, with a host of world-class musicians helping to bring this extraordinary song compilation to its fullest potential. The final result is a masterful blend of great vocals and harmonies, supported by instrumentation that ranges from the pure, acoustic simplicity of "Honey Baby" to the "can't-sit-still" rhythms of "Crossing the Line".
