A Wonderfull cd,a strong representative of a very unique sound and musical culture, that jazz criticts and jazz listeners arround the world are not completely awared of,in that is Venezuelan jazz, with Gerri Weil, who is a composer and keyboardist of the caliber of Chick Corea or Duke Ellington, and the amazing Nene Quintero, former member of the Vitas Brenner group, a percussionist with a very personal sound ,who is always looking for new frontiers.MR Pablo Gil on saxophones with a unique aproach on jazz inprov, that reminds me of Jan Garbarek ,MR GIL was probably influence by European saxophone players more than American jazz players; I will recomend the cd to jazz lovers triying to find music that is fresh and unique.PETER ASSING/producer
