Review of Cheated from Website

H8Machine - Cheated - After hearing the Dying Breed - Day of Reckoning album and realizing it is one of the best hatecore albums ever put out, I bet you guys were anxiously awaiting more from them.
Unfortunately they called it quits and got a new line up and changed the name to H8Machine. This album took the scene by storm. If you appreciate old school hardcore, especially New York Hardcore then this is right up your alley. The cd starts off with \"Wrecking ball\" which has a sick riff and makes you want to harm people. It keeps getting better, though, I promise. Skip over to track 3 \"Cheated\" which has great lyrics and one of the meanest breakdowns on the whole CD. Every time I hear them live and this song comes on, everybody including myself goes crazy and a barrage of hardcore dance moves such as the windmill and wrecking ball overcome the pit and you almost feel like you\'re at CBGB\'s dancing to the likes of Cro-Mags and Breakdown. \"Pig\" really holds a special spot in my heart because this band is so kind and warm hearted that they even dedicate a song to our great buddies in Law enforcement.
Next up, is the trademark cover song, but instead of it being from Condemned84 or the 4 skins which we see so often now adays, its from NYHC legends Judge. \"Betrayed\" contains my favorite chorus on the album, and is one of those tracks you throw on when everything in your life is just fucked up. The cd finishes up nicely with the remaining tracks and a nice musical outro. All of the people who love hardcore, this cd is for you. Actually, everyone loves this shit. I\'m sure if George Burdi got his hands on this album, Novacosm would cover \"Dropout\" in acoustics. Buy the cd and then go to a show and get crazy in the pit. You\'ll see more dance moves than the Michael Jackson \"Thriller\" video!! Not that I have uhhhh....ever...uhh seen that video...uhhh...
