Hank's been around, soaking up miscellaneous styles with such diverse groups as The Lonesome Prairie Playboys, Red Willow Band, R&B Supply, The Shades, and Sherman & the Waybacks. With a catalog of over 400 songs, Hank's had a hand in albums since 1976.

When he's not touring, Hank lives and writes music from his base in Sturgis, South Dakota. Hank also directs his creative talent to photography, mixed media, and the martial arts.

Born into an Air Force family with stops in Florida, Washington DC, Hawaii, Detroit, Virginia, and Guatemala City. College in Georgia, more travel to California, Washington, and Colorado before finally settling in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
With Styles ranging from Western Swing, Bluegrass, Rhythm & Blues, Jazz, Pop, and Rock.
Hank's various bands have included the Lonesome Prairie Playboys, Red Willow Band, R&B Supply, Sherman & the Waybacks, The Shades, Hank & Christy, D.D. & the Fayrohs, and solo work.
Hank continues to tour and occasionally shows his artwork (photography & multimedia) and has a catalog of over 400 songs.

Electronic pop with slightly dusky vocals.Harris likes to shift gears as often as possible,but his voice provides all the continuity that's necessary.Something of a throwback to when people actually gave a shit about songs,and that is a good thing.

..The songs on FantasyLand range from wistful(the title track,in which Harris notes "I never thought that I'd be inconvenienced/I never thought there'd be no need to sing") to the downright snarky--on my personal favorite,"15 Minutes",Harris gets downright nasty("How could I miss that loser tattoo stamped upon your arm?"),but if you're going to give someone the kiss-off,this is a groovy way to do it.
