Take a journey to the centre of your being and find the rainbow garden that awaits. Within each one of us is a special garden of untold beauty and experience and with this guided meditation unlock some of the mystery within yourself

Through meditation and divination one can open up awareness to other realms of existence within and without of oneself - a journey which may ultimately lead one to enlightenment.

Hanne hosts Meditation Circles to connect with Spirit.
An experienced meditator, she has been facilitating circles for 6 years. Now her guided meditations have been recorded and set to original music composed specifically to aid in the meditative journey by Mykel of Pocket Universe acclaim. These recordings now allow more people to benefit from these wonderful meditations in the comfort of their own space.

The following is an excerpt from Hanne's article
"What can I Expect when I begin to Meditate or become part of a Meditation Circle?"

Guided meditations' main purpose is to occupy your mind to the point where you move into a state of meditation. It is not unusual for meditators listening to these to come out of the meditation not remembering anything. Not remembering anything has allowed one to move into the silence, the real goal of all meditation. This is a place of infinite healing for the mind and the body. Savor the times when you reach this depth of meditation.
