Happyshack is a couple of guys from Columbus, Ohio (Mark Bendig and Jack Burgess, if you MUST know!), who still get a kick out of writing songs and recording them in a basement studio - even after 25 years!
Every now and then we go through the latest tunes & make a CD (or a cassette, in the Ancient Days) of the songs that came out halfway decent, the ones people seem to like hearing. "Century Blues" is the CD we came up with when we last did this a few years ago.
Happyshack is basically a studio project (come on, we're getting old) but we have appeared live before selected audiences. There are even one or two live songs on the CD to prove it. 'Shack rules!
