Album Notes

This new self titled Rich Hardesty cd is getting airplay on Sirius Satellite -"Radio Margaritaville"
Sitting in a chair in the sun, Rich Hardesty is at peace. The Hoosier-born singer-songwriter is drawing inspiration from the ocean breeze, salty air, and the warm sand of Hermosa Beach. Added to his edge of living in the
fast lane, his music is an experience in life, love, and leisure. The top selling independent artist from Indiana continues to create a soundtrack for our lives.

In the summer of 2005, Rich Hardesty will be releasing his eighth studio album. Returning to his roots, the tunes have an acoustic, feel-good vibe with rock, reggae, and hip-hop influences. This self-titled project is a journal of his trip trough the path less traveled.

Since 1991, Rich Hardesty has played thousands of live shows in college hangouts, beach bars and large music venues across the United States and Jamaica. What started as a way to entertain friends has turned into a
successful career. Established through grassroots marketing advanced with technology, Rich continues to expand the horizon.

“Rich is a true American Idol, in every sense of the word, that should
be
looked for and cherished in this newly ‘generation X’ed’ age. He is the
breath of fresh air that seems to missing.”
~ Dig Lewis, Syncmaster (Stevie Wonder, Tina Turner and George Benson)

Good CD, arrived promptly
author: Buck Smith
I really like about half the tracks on this CD. The other ones I could take or leave. If I like 3+ songs on a CD, I consider it a worthwhile purchase.
