_____
HAZ-COM (Hazardous Communications) was formed in November of 2003 by members of Virginia based local bands, playing the East Coast since the early 90's. Julio Castillo (bass/guitar) and Chris Johnson (guitar/vocals) got together as a means of simply jamming out and having fun- riffs just came into place. After a few days, and a couple of dope songs and ideas, Josh Russell was invited to join in on vocals. The musicianship among the members turned out to be an incredible blend, and David Castillo joined in on percussion. The first album FACE YOUR DESTINY was completed and released in September 2004. The music can be described simply as KICK ASS ROCK N ROLL! with some hip hop flare, here and there. (peep the rhyme) The various styles among the members has created a catchy blend of heavy guitar riffs with upbeat drums and vocals ranging from clean, hardcore, and hip-hop with intense screaming back-ups, sure to please an agressive audience.
