Joseph Hebert plays a Carbon-Fiber cello on this album. Merrill plays a Steinway grand piano, plus harp/synth, gongs, and sacred bells.
This CD is ideal for meditation, creating sacred space whereever one finds the time and wants to tune in to Spirit.
Merrill Collins and Joseph Hebert have been improvising on creative musical ventures since they met in 1982. Their first album, Soyez Gentille, is a favorite of many Yoga teachers, Reiki healers, Doctors, bodyworkers, and people who just like peaceful music for an evening.
The music of Joseph Hebert and Merrill Collins is also played in hospital programs to treat patients with anxieties and insomnia.
Collaborations have included works for many non-profit organizations, with the intention of providing music for themes of peace, humanity, ecology, human rights, and spiritual upliftment.

Indeed this is a melodic sanctuary! It lifts us over the cares of life into a haven of peace. Surprising us with an "Amazing Grace" unlike any I had ever heard--a relaxed grace, confident of personal harmony--their CD proceeds to calm a busy spirit, nourish a tired soul. I received this CD as a gift during Lent from a member of my parish. I put it on while working on that weeks sermon and service. It became my main source of music during the Lenten/Easter period.It was at times soothing when my mind was wrestling
