Hector Fuentes is an actor and singer currently living in Miami, FL. Hector is a former Sonora Santanera singer. Hector is releasing his own versions of hit songs from Sonora Santanera from Mexico as well as Sonora Matancera from Cuba. The album´s title is "Tributo a las Sonoras".

This album contains hit songs from both greatest ever Sonoras. Hector imprints his own style by adding new instrumentation in some cases and a few "raps" featuring guest rapper star "Claudio Yarto", from grupo Calo.

Hector is currently acting and singing. His acting career is booming as he performs for succesful Soap Operas such as "La Casa De Al Lado" by Telemundo, where Hector not only acts, but also sings with Mariachi.

In the near future, Hector will be releasing his Mariachi songs.
