Album Notes

Hedras is a 16 years old young guitar player who began initially playing drums when he was 6 taking lessons from great drummers. While studying drums he discovered, a new love, the Electric Guitar.

Inspired by his dad and all materials in the house like DVDs, CDs, tapes, great guitar amps, guitars, SFX Processors units and mainly the daily contact with the Professional Recording Studio of his father which is a TV and Radio commercial house (www.audio7.ws), he soon found himself immersed in the world of production, singing jingles along with his younger sisters, also doing voice overs for commercials for the Big names in the advertising world.

At age of 8 his dad bought him his first electrical guitar, but it wasn’t until he became 13 that he really took the guitar seriously and began his self-taught studies, getting into his room for 7+ hours daily learning sight reading, scales, chords, harmony, technique, licks, etc.
His father produced and engineered this project, his experience producing records is broad, he also was a founding member and lead guitarist for VOX DEI, a very popular rock band in the 90’s in Guatemala, Mexico, Central America and South America.

The idea of these songs is to show the cool face of guitar with cool melodies, incredible solos and crazy stuff, Hedras credits God for the talent given to him and of course the commitment to study the instrument.

Great drummers Billy Ashbaugh (N'Sync, Britney Spears, Aaron Carter, Pat Benatar, Greg Howe) and Phil Robertson (WB Records, Elektra, Word, Polygram, Sparrow, Reunion Records) feature on this album.
