BIOGRAPHY:
Hedras Ramos is a young prodigy and virtuoso guitarist, born in Guatemala City in 1992.

At age 6 he begun with drum lessons with the best drummers from Guatemala, and at age 8 he received his first electric guitar. His interest in and talent for the instrument were obvious, but he soon dropped it in favor of other things. It was later when he turned 13 that he fell in love with the instrument and began practicing 7+ hours a day after school, and 12+ hours during vacations.
He is entirely self-taught.

AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
Second place at world-wide GUITAR IDOL competition, in London, UK, 16 June, 2009, where more than 1200 guitar players from every corner of the world took part on the biggest guitar competition open for players of all ages and styles. PERFORMANCES/CONCERTS:
Hedras has shared the stage with very well-known bands as White Cross (USA), Kansas (USA), Die Toten Hose (Germany), Switchfoot (USA). He was recently chosen, along with his band BlueROJO, to open for GUNS ‘N’ ROSES at their concert in Guatemala City for their “Chinese Democracy tour.”
