ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
HellArise is a Brazilian all-female band, created in 2009 in the city of São Paulo, Brazil.
When the band was born - the first formation - the girls started playing covers without a precise musical direction.
After this very beginning, the band's aim was changed: add to the songs a little bit of all the members' influences: mostly Heavy, Thrash, Death Metal. For this reason, naturally, the band came up with a more aggressive way of playing and composing.
During the second semester of 2009, HellArise girls played some gigs, the first one with a composition of their own already, named "My Outrage". After 4 gigs, they decided to focus on new songs.
Their Demo cd was recorded during April and May/2010, and it was released in the beginning of July. This work was very well received by the critics and specialized media, both in Brazil and abroad.
After some line-up changes during 2011/2012 and a very difficult first semester in 2012, the HellArisers have finally recorder their first single, called "More Mindless Violence". This single was released on October 31st and the greatest news about it is that Mirella Max, originally the drummer, took the role of guitarist too.
Now, the girls are already working on the pre-production of their debut album.
