Album Notes

"...this is a poetry of realness - engaging, engaged, challenging, and raw. Goldberg is one to keep an eye on." -- Make/Shift Magazine.

"Like a modern-day shaman, she conjures up images you've never seen before. She tweaks the way you think about everyday reality.  A good bet for anyone who has ever wondered about the connection between rap and E.E. Cummings." --THE G-MAN Hollywood Free Press

Gavin Ross from Steady Studios produced the record. Tina DiGeorge and Gavin wrote the musical compositions, and Hilary co-produced to create the right sound for her poems. The poems have been performed live at divergent locations across the US.

Hilary has a voice like no other poet I know. Her performances are a wonderful slap in the face and this album only expands on her unique talents. Not for those interested only in coasting through life but for those who are engaged in it and love the struggle of loving, living and endeavoring to change things for the better.
