It’s a Japanese fine-art of Jazz!
author: Tsukasa Makino
Japan has been known as a country that absorbs foreign cultures and arts, ferments them within its rich natural and spiritual environment, polishes reproduces them in a quite refined manner with a touch of Japanese-original delicate flavor.
It is impossible to express Hideko-san’s mysteriously charming voice in a plain text. I recommend you to experience her world in the real sound. It’s only the way to know.
You may not believe that she is establishing another carrier in a global resort company, as well as a mother of two boys and a cute girl, each of them inherited her gene and have various talents.
Hideko-san’s schedule is packed with dazzling activities including the lives at major live houses in Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe.
I had a fortunate chance to hear her sing at a cozy live-house in her home-town, Kobe. Kobe-city is one of the old trading ports in Japan, and has cultivated a fine fusion of Japanese and Western cultures. The live-houses in Kobe have something in common with the counterparts in New York or New Orleans, but have definitely Japanese atmosphere as well. It is no wonder that Hideko-san’s talent has been fostered in such environment.
