Rock & roll never dies. It does; however, seem to take a sabbatical from time to time. Boy bands and bubblegum pop stars not withstanding, melodic/old school rock & roll seems to be prospering nowadays. Bands like Radiohead, Weezer, and Stone Temple Pilots are carrying the proverbial classic rock torch by imprinting it with their own style and throwing in a few twists. Hi-Fi Sister is a new band that is continuing this trend.
