Wonderfull music by a wonderfull person!
I met Himiko over the internet not too long ago. After hearing a few of her tracks i decided to buy some albums.
This one is probubly my favorite.
Her earlier works are mainly very heartfelt and dexterously played jazz; however this release sees a big change. Real experimentaion and an evolution. This album is undoubtably jazz in construction and feel, however, it pounds with industrial force, and obvious heavy metal influence.
I, being mainly a heavy metal fan, loved this album in particular for its metal leanings. The odd time changes and interruptions of jazz piano really give it an experimental touch, and a personal one too.
I recommend this for both jazz fans looking for somehting new and exciting, and also for ecclectic metal fans, looking for something a little more easy going.

Wonderfull music, by a wonderfull person.
I reccomend!
