Patrice	Cloud Nine I have listened to this album over and over and I'm still enjoying it. Every song is a high quality mix of lyrics to music. It has a great latin jazz flavor and a very romantic , dreamy quality that captures you. Charles has put all his heart and soul into this one. I have been Charles' good friend and music associate for many years and to me this album represents years of hard work and focus on his single goal: to put latin jazz with English lyrics and Charles Sano Music Productions on the map in mainstream music I have also been a singer/songwriter for most of my life ,so I consider myself highly qualified to critique this album. The music arrangements are outstanding and Jimmy Malone is one of the greatest pianists anywhere. This album is a musical trip around some of the greatest cities of the U.S. .and it brings the unique personality of each one to our ears and hearts. Since I was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., "New York" is one of my most favorites, its a classic! And South Beach and Spanish Dreams totally touch and move my tropical soul. His unique musical talent was immediately recognized by the legendary Tito Puente who wasted no time in recruiting Charlie as a band member to perform on the team of musical geniuses. Not only did Tito and Charlie shared musical inspirations with one an other. They became life long friends (because great minds think a like). It is a shame that the Grammy's don't recognize the pioneering of Charlie Sano for Latin Jazz which makes him a true musical legend. To listen to his latest CD (My Legacy on Cloud 9) with his ingenious composing an artful musical arrangements proves that Charlie Sano is indeed a true musical legend.
