Born in Columbia, Maryand, Stephanie Hiteshew has been writing poetry since age 11. She has numerous poems published in the U.S. and overseas, including an Audio Sound Collage 'Victim Of Mistaken Identity' with MaryMark Recordings 2004.
During her younger years, she spent time away from home and learned the hard way what freedom is.
Having Tourette Syndrome and Tardive Dystonia: Two Neurological movement disorders; has caused her to have to overcome many obstacles and struggle to maintain in a society unprepared for her.
