Todd Ashley is a Palm Springs, CA based Guitarist/Mandolinist. His debut album "Sedona", on the independent label RuffJazzRecords is a perfect blend of smooth jazz and nylon string Southwest guitar. His songwriting demonstrates various styles and colors throughout. The musicians that also play on his record range from Hammond B3, Tenor and Soprano sax, and Flute. Todd is also getting radio play on the Smooth Jazz radio station 102.3 KJJZ in the Palm Springs area as well. Todd has performed numerous times before such artists as Mindi Abair, George Benson, and Dave Koz to name a few. Nice! The Long Awaited Debut Album.

Ruff jazz in it's purest form. This CD masters the "Ruff Jazz" genre with impeccable instrumentalism and plenty of surprises along the way. Definitely not a snoozer. Highly recommended.
