The Holiday Band is a North Carolina based band formed in 1991, whose sound is rooted in Southern Soul, R& B, and Carolina Beach Music. THB has multiple vocalists featuring Mike Taylor, Mike Neese, Doug Neese, and Duane Neese, which gives the group a variety of vocal styles. The instrumentation of the band has Mike Taylor on keyboards and guitar, Mike Neese on guitar, Doug Neese on bass, Duane Neese on trombone and keyboards, Mark Payne on sax and keyboards and Bill Ward on drums.

The band has a large following in the mid-Atlantic states and performs around 200 shows per year. The band's past performances included the Mid-Summer Night Concert Series at the Lincoln Center in New York City, a 5 day cruise to Mexico with Carnival Cruise Line, and a performance at the legendary Mardi Gras in New Orleans. The band has recorded for South Carolina based Ripete Records, since its inception.
