Lisa - Vocals, guitar. Lisa started playing guitar and singing when she was 14 (after graduating from playing the tennis racquet). Past bands include The Sundogs, Bad Cervix, and Gone Bad. Her influences come from bands like The Pretenders, Violent Femmes, L7 and Concrete Blonde. (She also likes Lucinda Williams and Aimee Mann.)
J.J. - Lead guitar, vocals. Being the resident head-banger of HTB is just the latest chapter in J.J.'s musical career. Early bands include Raven Supper and The Hollow, who shared the stage with such national acts as The Ramones, Madame X and Red Alert. After taking time off to raise a family, J.J. released the rock and roll that built up inside him with a vengeance that can be seen at any HTB show. His influences range from punk and metal to Chuck Berry and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
Pete - Bass guitar, vocals, electric fiddle. Pete might provide the bottom for HTB but he certainly tops the list in versatility. Besides playing bass for rock bands such as The Dave Kaplan Trio, Zoa's Arc, RPM Theatre and Caribou Gone, Pete has been the drummer for The Metroes, played trombone with The Glen Rock Pops and viola with The Cedar Vale Quartet, The Jim Nicholas Quartet, The Livingston Symphony Orchestra and The Danbury Symphony Orchestra. His influences are all the classic rock and blues artists, with an extra-heavy dose of Beatles.
Tex - Drums, vocals. With a strong foundation in the New England country music scene, Tex "got the beat" in his early teens. Before hooking up with HTB, he played with The Squad, Night Life, Caribou Gone, Three Dawgs To Go, Pursuit, Dry County, The Country Rebels, White Lightnin' and Gone Bad. His influences range from punk to country and from classic rock to Irish folk music.

My opinion is admittedly biased (I played with these guys for a short time) but you'll be hard pressed to find a better home grown album...they put a lot of work into the tracks (some I've known since their "birth") and it shows in the end result. Worth the wait...and worth every cent.
Slainte!
