The artist has a strong melodic flair. When hearing this artist live or on CD the visual elements in the music are obvious. As a guitar player the artist draws on inspiration form a lot of past and current players. There is jazzy lines resembling the jazz players from the fifties and sixties and one finds riffs and solos of modern and post modern rock/metal players. “Impulses” is a CD with a strong style of music who the “easy listener” might sometimes find to demanding. One the other hand music lovers with an open mind will find this CD entertaining. This is a CD full of inspiration and impulses.
