Album Notes

Sarah and her husband, Josh, are both Kansas natives. Sarah (Bogner) Holthusen is from Kingman and Josh is from Atchison. After having met on their first day in college, getting married three years later, and then graduating, they moved to Nashville, Tennessee. Along the way, they wrote a ton of songs and made some lifelong friends. They pursued their musical dreams in Nashville for nearly seven years. While living there, they had two children, and after their second child was born, they decided that they wanted to move back to Kansas so their children could grow up knowing their grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Since moving back, they have added two more children to their family. They now have four boys…Joseph, Matthew, Luke and Noah. They now live, write, sing, play and raise their boys from the Heartland in Wichita, Kansas. They perform shows, sing and play for weddings, businesses, fairs, churches, functions, etc. If nothing else….they just sing their little boys lullabies as they drift off to sleep.
