Holy Smoke Ministries was formed in 1985, and moved into full-time ministry in October of that same year. The group is made up of two couples, Stacy and Kay Kay Mcdermott, who are the leaders of the ministry, and our newest members, Jennifer and Mario Rico. Jennifer is a strong, anointed minister of music and Mario is a supporting backbone of this ministry.

We call ourselves a Word and worship ministry because we use a unique combination of music, preaching and teaching, to effectively share the gospel of Jesus Christ. The name of the ministry was inspired by Old Testament references to the Glory of God being cloaked with a cloud of smoke.
This CD " As I wait For Your Return" is a collection of mostly original songs that will inspire you to enter His Presence during your times of praise and worship. There are no " schlocky" songs here! All melodically awesome, and they all have great vocals and great words. You'll need this in your collection of worship CD's.

The members of Holy Smoke are also Pastors of WorldWide Worship Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico and have their own TV show on KCHF TV11 in Santa Fe, called, "Exalt The Lord".
