Album Notes

The Honorary Title is Jarrod Gorbel's latest project based out of New York City. Prior to this band Jarrod usually performed solo and in a more folky format. He became known for his dark songs and his twisted and perverse sense of humor. Aaron Kamstra(bass/keyboards) originaly from Indiana hooked up with Jarrod and drummer Rob Draghi in recent months and played their first shows together in Downtown Manhattan.

They soon embarked on a small tour with Dashboard Confessional and Hot Rod Circuit. Chris Carraba of Dashbord personaly invited the group to open a handful of shows on his headlining tour. The honorary title has drawn comparisons to Dashboard, Old 97's, Jeff Buckley, and Bright Eyes to name a few.
