Her Music:
The sound created by Carla Van Hoose and On Time is to music what comfort food is to Mom's kitchen. Singing from the heart and making others feel what she feels in a song are the cornerstones of Carla's performances. Her unique song selection dips into bluegrass, folk and blues. "Kentucky Home", Carla's new release, is by Kentucky composers and about Kentucky life. It is being played now on WUKY, WRVG, WRFL and MSU NPR. She is joined by fine Kentucky musicians like Gerry Gillespie, formerly Kathy Mattea's bass player, James Moore, Kati Penn, Raliegh Dailey, Ben Sollee, Warren Iulg and Paul D.
