Album Notes

Horror of 59 is from the dark streets of Cleveland, Ohio. This deranged monster of a band draws from the whole history of 70's and 80's punk, 60's garage rock, 50's rock'n' roll, and even a little bit of classic metal.

Lyrically, the band is inspired not just by horror films, but by real life horrors, local ghost stories and the legends of their northeast Ohio stomping grounds.

All the pieces of this Frankenstein monster were finally sewn together in the summer of 2004, and the band is now ready to bring its unique brand of musical terror to masses with debut release "SCREAMS FROM THE CELLAR".

"Screams From The Cellar" is straight ahead American punk rock with horror theme. The band's sound creeps between Misfits and The Ramones with dedicated horror theme. Thirteen tracks that will shake & rattle your bones. A sure must for fans of horror rock and classic punk rock...Let the horror begin!
