Album Notes

Horus8, and his band the Werewolves exist,
and they are out there right now
felching conservative reptiles, but out there
none the less.

and Horus8

Who is Horus8?

"A bit of Jim Morrisson,
a touch of the Antichrist."

Poetry, music, art... Naked singing nuns
attempting to sell you posh neon accessories
A giraffe in love with
a bi-polar penguin at the cheapest
broken down carnival around.
At the edge of Hatesville,
and deep Downtown.

REVIEWS

Excellent

The cd was like an excursion of the arts. Each track was a different trip.I especially liked the title track and Stagnant Love. Some of the songs had me humming along which is a good indication that I enjoyed them. This was a refreshing break from the over commercialized music played continously in todays markets.

Sorry so late. I know, I promised.

Shen Ring- Currently the newest, and in my opinion, the most solid, emotion-driven Horus8 album to date. Here, he finds his beat, and his direction, in a poetry salm-like rap, wailing lyrics, and the ambient, crestfallen guitar that is one of the trademark of Horus8's style. Some tracks were a bit of a letdown- "Mind Tripping," for instance, is a good start, but ends up nowhere. Other tracks, such as the title song, Shen Ring, were done beautifully. The drum machine beats add a down-to-earth, industrial feel that tops this album off. It's an interesting mix of ideas, and well worth your ten bucks.

Great music filled with passion.

The songs are wonderfully refreshing in their origionality, and the lead singer's voice has a low smoldering quality that evokes powerful emotion. These songs will make you FEEL.
