Album Notes

Hot Ham & Cheese originally formed in February 2005 out of an impromptu jam session between Robby Mitchell (Drums) & Charlie (Guitar/Vox). After playing a few shows as a duo, the group added Louie Styx (Bass) to the fold and began their assault on the world.

Shortly after signing with Cleveland indie label, Jib Machine Records, the band released their first CD (HH*C e.p.) in 2006 and followed that with a lo-fi instrumental album (beta) in 2007. Along the way, HH&C has built a strong regional following thanks in part to their loud, aggressive live performances, which have stretched across the Midwest in cities such as Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Detroit and Chicago.

The group is embarking on their first national tour in April/May 2008 in order to support their new album, Revolution & Revelations (released 4/22/08), which took two years to complete. Pick up a copy here...you won't regret it!!!

A Tasty Debut

The long awaited full length debut 'Revolution & Relations' does not disappoint. HH&C is one of those bands that are hard to categorize. They don't sound like this band or that band. They sound like Hot Ham and Cheese. Don't let the silly name fool you, this band rocks. 'Revoluion & Revelations' is a very strong disc - lots of great riffs, passionate vocals and intelligent songwriting. Standout tracks include: 'Madman', 'New Bomb/Vietnam' and 'She Thinks She's Bad'.
