Album Notes

Cameron Howard plays many of the guitar, mandolin, and banjo parts with occasional help from friends Terry White, Joe Brown and Paul Turner , while Cameron's wife Molly delivers amazingly clear vocal renditions of their own songs as well as some well-known favorites.

The album was recorded over a two-years period, mostly because goats had to be milked, eggs gathered, crops harvested, and neighbors helped. Oh yes, and child number two had to be delivered in that period as well. So time for trips to the studio to record were sometimes few and far between. But the result is a joyous and heartfelt presentation - in high definition digital sound - of some of Cameron's and Molly's favorite songs, plus their own wonderful contributions to an album dedicated to the values of a simpler lifestyle.

The Howards are the real deal. What they sing about is the way they live.
