Having suffered many cloying, annoying kids' sing-a-long cds, it is refreshing to hear one that aims high in its wit, musicianship, and production quality. It is especially nice to hear kids' voices that sound naturally enthusiastic, rather than what you normally hear: a bunch of kids who seemingly have been given unlimited Mountain Dew and cupcakes before the recording session. Get the CD for its booklet!!!

It's so sweet and gentle and playful. I love the spontaneous laughter and (your daughter?) the kid singing that fifth (or maybe an octave) at the end of one of the songs (and then the giggles afterwards). I love the selection of songs, the uncluttered but rich orchestrations and the clear intention behind your singing and playing. The recording quality is top notch. And including the uke chords in the booklet is genius! I can't wait to replace the broken string on mine and start playin'! Oh, and my kids (and I) love the underwater pics. Adorable!!
