Album Notes

The Hulley Gulleys exemplify pop culture with a twang, absurb B-movie style and off-kilter sound. This Texas trio is celebrating the weirdness that lurks just beneath the surface of any family household. With lead singer/songwriter Yvette Eden singing like a woman in angst, one can't help but love her bohemian poetry and creative jolts towards men, women and life. Joining Eden in the Hulley Gulleys are Dickie Malone on guitar/songwriting/backing vocals and brother Lee Malone on bass. Along with an all-star cast of guest musicians including Dave ''Snizz'' Robinson, David Boyle and The Grove Line Horns from The Scabs, Michael Duffy, Foxy Finnish a.k.a. Patrice Pike, Kevin McKinney from Soulhat, Guy Forsyth, the guys from Schrodinger's Cat, Joel Guzman, Lloyd Maines and Lanier Greig (origanal member of ZZ Top), just to name a few. This debut album is unique, beloved and timeless in its own way. Produced by Dickie Malone for Western Electro Records. It is a king size value from Texas, the king size state. It is perfect for your driving pleasure.
