The Hunt Club is a fun party band in the Chicago area - rock, funk and dance. We mix it up. Our songs feature the respected lead guitar work of Tony Hunt and the notorious drumming and off-the-wall antics of brother Steve Hunt - hence the band name. At live shows, we're known to go from mellow acoustic rock to heavy metal and over to funky dance tunes all within one set - noahmsayin?! We get the people movin' and booties groovin'!

This CD Naked Without Shame displays a nice variety of well-crafted songs. We've got rock songs like Drums and Guitars (featuring guitar talkbox) and the humorous and catchy I'm Not Gay. There's heavier rock songs like the powerful 3 Minutes featuring fierce guitar work and awesome drumming. Get Naked With You is a fun R&B flavored dance tune. Big Butt is one of the funniest rap songs you'll ever hear - this song never fails to get the folks out there on the floor shakin' what they got. Also featured in the band are Hollywood Wagner on bass and Saxman Gregg on sax and synth sax. TREE (aka Mike Hunt) is our soundman and manager and general utility-man. Both TREE and Hollywood worked on the original artwork for the Naked disk.

In 2003, The Hunt Club recorded a single (A Father, A Son, A Soldier) as a tribute to a fallen soldier from their native Illinois - Shawn Pahnke. Hundreds of copies have been sold to benefit Shawn's son Dean. Tragically, Dean was born shortly after Shawn left for Iraq - Shawn died before he had a chance to hold his son in his arms.
