A sparkling collection of ethnic lullabies which at the very least will lull parents to sleep....I marvelled at Hanna's ability to find diverse lullabies from various cultures. We have here a marvellous sampling of traditional and modern songs especially written for this release.

Sung in Hebrew, Armenian, Yiddish, English, and other languages, these are poignant and sweet melodies.

We bought the cassette before our daughter was born (could not find the CD at the time). It was the only thing that would get her to sleep a deep sleep. The only problem was that the cassette player would turn off loudly and wake her up. She loves the music so much that we had to buy the CD so that she could enjoy the music, fall asleep, and stay asleep! The music is so tranquil that it also calms our nerves, and soothes the whole house. We turn it on for bath time, and we all feel so relaxed!! I recommend this CD to ALL the mothers that I know, and will be giving it as gifts to any expecting mothers as well! Truly a great CD of wonderful music.
