After the airing of Bravo Channel's new T.V. show "Queer Eye for the Straight Girl", Hyaline sells out 3 times and is Top Seller of the week in March '05. With the completion of their new record and tour dates lined up Hyaline is set to take over the west coast. Anticipation is high for this sophomore release as their first self-titled CD was received with critical acclaim:

After playing to packed houses in Hollywood in clubs like The Roxy, The Whisky-a-Go-Go, and The Viper Room, headlining festivals like this years Third Eye Gathering, and playing with bands such as The Psychedelic Furs, members of The Cure, Incubus, Dada, Jane's Addiction, and Porno for Pyros, Hyaline continues to build an impressive following throughout the West Coast from San Diego to Seattle. They have also begun to expand their following internationally in Australia, Germany, Denmark, and the UK. Hyaline's music is not only featured on a "making of" DVD for the Adidas commercial "Mechanical Legs", directed by David Fincher (director of "Seven" and "Fight Club"), but also is included in extreme sports movies and videos. In addition, Hyaline has won the monthly "Spot Light" poll for four consecutive months, beating out over 1000 bands from around the world on the Unsigned Music Network, one of the internet's largest independent music websites.
