Feels like a shot in the arm!!!

Sounds like a Tarantino movie soundtrack handpicked by David Lynch (and this, by the way, is a very very good thing!). An ideal CD to put on before going out at night - although you may be tempted to abandon your night out and stay in to listen to this over and over.
