Thomas Rheingans is a concert pianist and composer who has performed throughout many areas of the United States in solo and ensemble settings. Rheingans equally comfortable performing on the classical concert stage as well as in a jazz night club. His playing combines virtuosic technique with sophisticated interpretation. He has recorded eight albums that reflect this unique musical diversity. Thomas has composed music for film, plays, musical theater, as well as television and radio commercials.

I love the way Rheingans gets Gershwin's tunes and rhythms rocking and yet at the same time draws out, with exquisite delicacy, the composer's lovely tendrils of melody. Read more...
